USA gets hit by violent tornadoes

The severest weather outbreak of the year hit the USA yesterday with tornadoes, hail and damaging winds striking Dallas, OaklahomaTulsa, Okla., and Wichita, Kan.

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) predict that 11 million people from Southern Nebraska to central Kansas, and central Oklahoma and into northern Texas could be at moderate risk of severe storms. Even schools had to close for the day just in case the storms hit.

Strong storms will also hit the Ohio Valley and Mid – Atlantic regions including New York City, Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Cincinnati however these storms don’t look to be as damaging as those in the central U.S.

With the wintry weather back in force your Heat Holders should be the first point of call to keep you warm and dry.
