Heat Holders warming Gwinn High School

After receiving an “outrageous request” from High School teacher Debra Clark for 328 pairs of Heat Holders socks, we couldn’t resist a good deed! Gwinn in Michigan has been experiencing -26 degree weather, how could we say no to school children that find it too cold to get out in the freezing weather?!

Our motto here at Heat Holders is “making life warmer” so we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to spread the warmth and help out those in need! We sent 328 pairs of socks to Gwinn High School and offered the opportunity for students and staff to tweet us with the hashtag #WarmingGwinn to be in with the chance of winning a family hamper full of Heat Holders goodies!

Even the local TV channel were happy to hear our story: http://abc10up.com/students-write-in-for-socks/

We have received numerous emails from the students and Debra at Gwinn High School to say how much they love their new socks and how many of their families have been stocking up online to keep them warm throughout winter. We hope they are all staying warm and enjoying the Heat Holders socks!

Below is a letter from one of the Gwinn High School students to say how much she loves her socks!
