Two Secret Santas Bring Christmas Early In Pennsylvania

Christmas can be a tough time financially for lots of households, especially families with one or more children. However, two mystery Christmas angels have footed the bill for every item on layaway at two Ohio and two Pennsylvania Walmart stores.

Store managers have reported that the total for the items came to a total of $286,000. One of the Pennsylvania stores has said debt has been cleared from around 400 purchases. The list of goods covered from of the Ohio stores included a range of products from socks to a 70-inch television.

Tara Neal had purchased a “Frozen”-themed bed for her daughter, which she still owed $80 on, and she was delighted to find the generous stranger had covered the remainder of her bill.

“It’s such a blessing to know there are still people out there that care. It’s like Santa, like a real Santa to me.” Neal said.

Apparently this is the second year Santa-in-disguise has covered layaway costs in the area, helping to spread Christmas cheer those who might be struggling to meet ends meet this holiday season.
