Heat Holders® 6-Month Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to Heat Holders products bought from an authorized retailer or other authorized third party. Products purchased directly from heatholders.com are covered by our separate direct-purchase money-back guarantee, not by this warranty.
This warranty applies in the United States only.
This warranty is provided by Drew Brady Company Inc. (“Drew Brady”), which is responsible for the performance of this warranty.
What we promise
Heat Holders products are made for warmth, and we stand behind them. If your Heat Holders don’t keep you as warm as you expected, or develop a quality or workmanship problem in normal use, we’ll make it right with a replacement credit toward a comparable Heat Holders product.
What’s covered
● Insufficient warmth — if they simply don’t keep you as warm as you expected.
● Quality or workmanship problems.
Who’s eligible
● The original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable.
● Products bought from an authorized retailer or other authorized third-party seller.
● Amazon purchases are covered only when sold by “Drew Brady.” Purchases from other Amazon sellers or third-party marketplace resellers are not covered.

Coverage period
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and ends six (6) months later. Claims must be made within this period.
What we provide on an approved claim
● A replacement credit redeemable at heatholders.com, covering a comparable Heat Holders product and standard outbound shipping. Any applicable sales tax is not included and is the customer’s responsibility.
● If your style is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable alternative.
● This warranty provides replacement credit only. It does not provide cash refunds.
How to claim
● Submit your claim at heatholders.com/guarantee, by calling 1-844-786-8100, or by email to guarantee@heatholders.com.
● Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a photo of the product.
● You’ll need to return the product to us before a replacement credit is issued. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
● Drew Brady Company Inc. is the party responsible for warranty performance and for processing approved claims.
What’s not covered
● Damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, or alteration (dyeing, cutting, resizing).
● Loss, or damage caused by pets.
● Normal end-of-life wear beyond reasonable use.
● Products bought from unauthorized sellers.
Limits
● Each covered product is eligible for one replacement credit under this warranty. A product obtained using a replacement credit is not eligible for a further replacement credit under this warranty.
● We reserve the right to decline claims we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside these terms.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
