"Service is excellent. Very quick response. As a replacement, you shipped to me a pair of Heat Holders VORXX Women's Lite Socks. The texture is wonderful; however, the size is within my shoe size but the length of the foot part is too big. The problem is that the padded heel starts to go up my leg when pulled on and therefore doesn't cover the heel enough to place cushioning there which was my original problem of a worn hole. My husband (shoe size 11, narrow) also tried them with the same result. Sorry they did not work for us because they were so soft and light and provided warmth."

Lite Worxx socks

"I usually buy the heavier 2.3 heat holder socks. I wear them around the house and wear holes in the heels. The lite ones are fine. They s stretch out a bit and get loose. Overall they keep my feet warm."
