What are your shipping costs?
For orders less than $40 there is a flat shipping charge of US $6.50 for Ground Service to anywhere in Canada.
Orders of $40 or more receive Free Shipping (Ground service) to anywhere in Canada.

How soon will you ship?
If your order is received before noon (Eastern time), it will ship the same day, else it will ship the following business day. While we will try our best to meet this service level, there could be delays due to unavoidable circumstances or holiday rush. Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

Where do you ship from?
Our fulfillment warehouse is located in North Carolina and your order will ship from that location.

What mode of transport do you use? how soon can I expect to receive my order?
We will use a ground service offered by USPS. Allow 7-10 business days (11-14 calendar days) depending on where you are located in Canada. This is not guaranteed, it is only an estimate.
