1. Eligibility
    This program is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older, who have at least 1,000 followers on either Instagram or TikTok and a public account. Employees of Drew Brady Company Inc. (the “Sponsor”) or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
  2. How It Works
    Eligible applicants can apply through the Heat Holders website form. Upon review and approval, selected participants will receive an initial $50 discount code (“First Code”) to use on heatholders.com within seven (7) days of receipt. After posting approved content and submission of proof, participants will receive a second $50 discount code (“Second Code”), valid for ninety (90) days from issuance.
  3. Posting Requirements
    Participants must post on Instagram or TikTok within seven (7) days of receiving their product, tagging @HeatHoldersWorld and including #MakingLifeWarmer and #HeatHoldersHotList in the caption. Posts must comply with platform guidelines and FTC disclosure rules for sponsored content (e.g., “#ad” or “sponsored by Heat Holders”).
  4. Content License
    By applying and participating, you grant Drew Brady Company Inc. a broad, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display your submitted content—including photos, videos, captions, and likeness—in any media for promotional or marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
  5. Program Administration
    Heat Holders reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or decline any applicant, verify eligibility, reject content that does not meet guidelines, or terminate or modify the program at any time.
  6. Gift Codes
    Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. Each code is single-use only. Codes expire as follows: the First Code within 7 days of issuance and the Second Code within 90 days.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, incomplete entries, or misuse of discount codes. Participation in this program is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith discussions before resorting to legal proceedings.
